Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between DotPlus Technologies Private Limited (dotplus.in), the operator of the WABPlus platform at wabplus.com ("WABPlus", "we", "us"), and the business or person using the platform ("you", the "Customer"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

WABPlus is a messaging platform built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. It lets you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), create and submit message templates, send template and session messages, receive and reply to customer messages, and view delivery reports. WABPlus is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility
• The WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers and message templates you connect remain your assets; you authorize WABPlus to operate them on your behalf via Meta's APIs
• You can disconnect your WABA or delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with Meta's rules, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. In particular you must not:

• Message people without the consent (opt-in) required by law and by WhatsApp policy
• Send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing or illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
• Continue sending marketing messages to a number that has opted out (e.g. replied STOP)
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, degrade platform quality ratings, or put our relationship with Meta at risk.

• Messaging is billed through a prepaid wallet at the per-message rates shown in your dashboard; Meta's conversation charges are included in those rates unless stated otherwise
• Wallet recharges are processed by our payment providers; applicable GST is charged on invoices
• Depending on your billing mode, failed messages may be automatically refunded to your wallet
• Wallet balances are non-transferable; unused balance is refundable on account closure after deducting dues, where required by law

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and depends on third parties — in particular Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, telecom networks and hosting providers. Message delivery, template approval and account quality decisions are made by Meta and are outside our control.

The WABPlus software, dashboard and brand are owned by DotPlus Technologies Private Limited. Your data — contacts, templates, message content — remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotPlus Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or data, or for failures caused by Meta, telecom operators or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of DotPlus Technologies Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
